Day 01 :

Xi’an – Baoji – Tianshui (420KM)

Ride westward from Xi’an, through valleys and hills, to the ancient town of Tianshui.

Day 02 :

Tianshui – Lanzhou (330KM)

Enter Gansu province and reach the Yellow River city of Lanzhou.

Day 03 :

Lanzhou – Wuwei (330KM)

Follow the ancient Silk Road through the Hexi Corridor toward Wuwei.

Day 04 :

Wuwei – Zhangye (220KM)

Visit Zhangye National Geopark to see the famous Rainbow Mountains.

Day 05 :

Zhangye – Jiayuguan (230KM)

Ride to Jiayuguan, the western end of the Great Wall.

Day 06 :

Jiayuguan – Dunhuang (380KM)

Cross the Gobi Desert and reach Dunhuang, the heart of Silk Road art.

Day 07 :

Dunhuang Exploration Day

Visit the Mogao Caves, Mingsha Sand Dunes, and Crescent Moon Spring.

Day 08 :

Dunhuang – Zhangye (460KM)

Ride back east, stopping in Guazhou for a short rest.

Day 09 :

Zhangye – Lanzhou – Xi’an (580KM)

Return to Xi’an via Lanzhou, concluding the epic Silk Road loop.
